Shipping

3D-printed models ship within 3 business days; delivery time depends on the carrier and your ZIP code. Finished rings are crafted in 3–5 weeks and ship fully insured with signature required. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns, resizing & warranty

Returns: 30 days from delivery, excluding custom-designed jewelry. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Resizing is not included.

Warranty: 60 days against manufacturing defects only; accidental damage is not covered.

The $100 3D model fee covers your printed model and its shipping. It isn’t credited toward your ring.

Terms of sale

Rings are paid in full at checkout once you approve your final design. Each ring is made to order from your approved design; no modifications are possible once crafting begins. Sales tax is calculated from your shipping address.

Privacy

We use your details only to design, make and deliver your ring and to reply to your questions. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Inspiration photos are shared only with our design team.
